1. Application:

 The three-speed round steel threading Machine/threader is mainly used for the threading of round steel rod.

2.Compared with similar products have the following characteristics:

3. Several differences between open-die and round die processing:

a.  Open die process is to upgrade the product, eliminating the need for back-up time, efficiency doubled.

b.  round die has the advantage of standard thread, but if working with a 25mm diameter round die M24, the great damage to the tool, and open-die, is self-regulating size, it can be divided into two machining.

c.  round die has the drawback of small flutes, iron will be stuck, affect thread quality, often manual removal.

d.  open-die die four pieces in a set.

e,  Open die is adjustable, easy to processing fine thread.
