HYAC solid copper core communication telephone cable / telephone jumper cable
Components :
Annealed pure copper wire insulated with HDPE, each two different color insulated wires twisted together to form a pair, 25 pairs strand together to form a basic unit, 12 or 13 pairs to form a sub-unit, one or more basic units and sub-units to form a super unit, all or some of the above units strand together to form the cable core.
Description:
- Cable core wrapped with polyester tape to act as heat resistant barrier.Aluminum tape longitudinally wrapped and then sheathed with MDPE or LDPE to form
- a complete cable.
- Cable is hung by a steel strand, connected with the cable core by the web / neck.
Applications:
The cable is use in local communication network.Widely used in MAN communication network, by aerial installation mainly. Messenger wire shares the same jacket with the cable, which is not only economical, but also convenient for installation. It can transmit audio signals, analog signals at 150KHz or below and digital signal in 2048kbit/s or below, under some conditions above 2048kbit/s.
Operation conditions:
In the range of -30~+60℃, the cable keeps operation with the same mechanical and electrical properties; the ambient temperature for installation shall not be below -5℃.
