Q 1: Can I get sample before placing an order?
A 1:Of course ,we are glad to provide sample for you, but you need to bear the freight and sample cost. 

      However, the sample cost can be 100% refundable once you place an order in the future.

A 2: Sure, our materials are environmental-friendly, maintenance free and weather-proof.

Q 3: what is your payment terms?

A 3: We accept payment by T/T and L/C. 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before delivery.

Q 4: Does your product has a warranty?

A 4: Certainly, all our materials are flame-retardant, fade-resistant for at least three years

        and can be used for five years.

Q 5: Could you please tell me your lead time ?

A 5: It depends on the amount. We can supply 200,000 pieces per month.

       For small quantity, the lead time will be one week.

       For large quantity, the lead time will be one month.

Q 6:Are your plastic plants highly simulated?

A 6: Absolutely, our plastic plants are highly simulated, natural-looking, real touch and ever-green.

       Texture will the same as real plants when you touch our artificial plants.
