15.All generator sets are gone through rigorous testing before being released to the market place, including 50% load, 75% load, 100%load, 110% load and all protection function (over speed stop, high water temperature, low oil pressure, battery charging fail, emergency stop)
Quality Assurance
Factory Inspection, the test items before delivery are mainly as follows:
1. Each genset shall be put into commission more than 4 hours totally.
They are tested on idle load, fully load and 110% overload
2. The noise level is 80-85 bd @1Meter or 70-75 @7 Meter. Super silence 65-70 bd @7 Meter.
3. All of the meters on the control panel shall be tested
4. The appearance of the genset and all of the label and nameplate shall be checked
Warranty policy
Guarantee for one year or 1200 hours whichever reach first from ex-factory date. During the guarantee period, PENGJIE will provide the free easy-damageable spare parts of alternator caused by our quality of production or raw material. After expiration, PENGJIE provides cost spare parts maintenance of alternator.
