1.Introduction & working Principle of scrubber

The gold washing trammel scrubber is consisted of two parts: one is for washing the clay, another is for sieving different sizes ores. There are 4 carrier rollers to support the drum. The machine is working rotary through the gear in the middle of the outside drum. In the washing part, it’s a closed space ,there are some plate in this part. When the material is fed from the feeder to the washing part, during the force of watering and striking, the clay and ore will be separated, the fine particle will be flowed to the sieving part. The sieving screen will separate different size ores, the ore bigger than screen mesh will go to the discharge hopper, and the small ores will be flow out from screen mesh and go to next machine, such as sluice box, centrifugal concentrator, shaking table ect.

2.Main Structure of trommel scrubber

1. Drum: For washing clear the clay, the length & diameter can be make according to customer requirements.

2. Inner plate: for separating the clay and ores, we have different materials for the plates: manganese steel plate which cannot be unload , rubber plate which is can be unload to replace new one, and more wear-resistant and long life.

3. Screen: for sieving different sizes ores, the screen mesh size and layer quantity, length, diameter and screen material can be made according to customer’s needs.

4. Motor: usually our motor is electric motor, if you need diesel engine motor, we can provide, but it is suitable for small processing capacity.

5. Frame: supporting the reduction box and motor.

The motor drives the vibrator by tire-type couplings; the eccentric block rotates high speedily and forms a centrifugal force which leads the screen box to move circularly and continuously. The movement of the screen box creates the power for material continuous throwing on the declining screen layer. When material is thrown up, they are stratified; when material falls down, they are screened in the shape of graininess. The grading process will be finished after this repeat movement.

1.Introduction of spiral concentrator

2.Working principle for spiral concentrator :

The sand pulp is first send to the two inlets of the spiral chute. After added water for appropriate pulp density, the pulp swirls down and generates a centrifugal force which separates the ores and sands. The ore concentrate flows into the hopper and is collected through a pipeline. The tailings are discharged by a sand pulp. Thus, the whole mineral process is finished.
