Lead-Zinc Ore Beneficiation Line Center Driving Thickener
Center driving thickener is mainly used for dehydration in the beneficiation process of wet concentrate,
as using concentrate for the first stage of dehydration.In general,install between the selection and filtration
equipment,sometimes as selected before dehydration,it also can be used for the dewatering operation in
chemical industry and coal preparation plant.
1,Adopt the reducer and the worm gear transmission,High transmission torque,high efficiency,and is provided with a torque protection device,convenient to use;
2,When The load is too large,the scrape mud system underwater can be lifted manually (or electric),then
gradually decreased,scraping sludge by layer;
3,The setting mud with a small scraper mixing and scraping mud,discharging mud completely, no blockage.
Center driving thickener is mainly consist of concentration tank,frame,transmission device,lifting device,
feeding device,discharge device and signal safety device.
The products are widely used in thermal power, metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, non-metallic mineral
processing, environmental protection and other industries.
