Circular Vibration Screen Process To Extract Gold
Circular Vibration screen uses common motor that makes the screen do circular movement along the
direction of exciting force.It consists of vibration source,screen,screen mat,shock absorbing device,base
frame, etc.
It has features of credible structure, strong exciting force, high screening efficiency,low noise, convenient
maintenance, safe operation etc. Motor make the exciter eccentric block produce high-speed rotation
through the V-belt. Operation of the eccentric block produce large centrifugal force, to stimulate sieve
boxes do a certain amplitude circle movement, the material on screen surface impulsed by screen box
begin to do continuous movement.During the process, the particles smaller than sieve screen can pass
to next screen, so that achieve classification.
Vibrating screen has long stream line, many specifications and clear screening for different specifications.
