High Exposure Machinery Products PNJ Rubber Pump
It is used to transfer ore pulps whose maximum concentration is 50% and other heavy medium liquid
weighting agent. In metallurgy, mining, coal and building material sectors, it is the essential equipment to
deliver minerals,sands and slag. It is mainly used to convey concentration ore pulp and tailings. It can
also transfer medium for coal preparation plant, pulps which are high temperature and easily crystallize
for aluminum plant, and mineral pulps for cement plant.
This series of pump is single stage, single horizontal centrifugal pump suction mud. The overflowing parts
use rubber material, have a long life, apply to deliver corrosive slurry. Impeller sheath and impeller and
guard board between them can be adjusted to keep high efficiency work. The shaft sealing form have
impeller and packing two pay structure. When the impeller sealing structure, pay import perfusion shall
not exceed 5 m high; The packing seal, should work into higher than 1 kg/cm2 pressure of the shaft.
