Q1: What’s your factory size?
We have factory area of 5500 SQM with total 320 employees.
Q2: How many production line in your factory?
We have 4 automatic SMT production lines,2 THT production line, two hand soldering lines,two final assembly fine and one Burn in room.
Q3.What are the options for surface finish?
The options include HASL, Immersion gold, Immersion tin, Immersion Silver, OSP, and HASL lead free. Call for other options.
Q4: what’s your test capacity?
We conduct 100% AOI test, visual inspection and function test; we also have ICT tester, if required and necessary we can do. With years experience on EMS, we are capable to design and produce simple jig and test fixture by our own to improve quality and productivity.
Q5: what’s the requested files or information for quotation?And how long can get it?
Requested files/info: Bill of material(BOM), pcb gerbr file, test document or test procedure, demand quantity, product sample or photos will be highly appreciate.
Normally it takes four work days for us the provide our best quotation, two work days can provide an estimate rough price only.
