Simple Installation&Energy Saving CT Magnetic Separator for Ore with Excellent Quality Products details:
This product is widely used in beneficiation, coal washing and chemical industries etc.
It can separate minerals into magnetic materials and nonmagnetic, and can match with three types of tanks as below:
1. Semi-counter flow tank: it is fit for wet roughing and fine separation of strongly magnetic mineral with granularity of 0.5~0mm, especially for selecting minerals with granularity of 0.15~0mm.
2. Counter-flow tank: it is fit for wet roughing and fine separation of strongly magnetic mineral with the granularity of 0.6~0mm, especially for recovering heavy medium of coal washeries.
3. Downstream tank: it is fit for roughing and fine separation of mineral with the granularity of 6~0mm.
The downstream tank and semi-counter flow tank can be connected in series to improve the concentrate grade.
