USAGE AND APPLICATION RANGE
Φ60 Stainless Steel Pipe Welding Line is mainly used to weld round, square and rectangular pipes. This line depends on roll forming to cold roll steel strips into various shapes. It can also use high frequency induction heating to squeeze weld seam together to form closed section material of various diameters and sizes.
ADVANTAGE OF FFX
1.Realizing complete common-use of rolls in preliminary forming zone, with parameters of each roll for different products stored in the quick setting system. When same pipe is to be reproduced, this quick setting system can set and adjust roll positioning automatically by recalling parameters for this pipe size, maintaining constant dimensional accuracy for same pipe size produced in different production batch.
2.Capable of accommodating wide size range (OD range 1:3, thick/diameter ratio range 1%~10%).
3.Superior end forming capability.
4.Superior overall shape control capability.
5.Uses continuous edge bending forming to realize good forming performance.
6.Use involutes roll caliber and curl forming to realize common use of upper and lower rolls.
7.Use multi-section W-forming and shortened vertical roll section to restrain rolling effectively.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

DELIVERY
Shipment of goods in accordance with equipment list within 8 months starting from the next day of contracting and receiving down payment.
PAYMENT TERMS
30% advance payment after signature of contract, 30% progress payment after two months, and 30% before delivery. Remain amount to be paid within 1 year after delivery.
PACKING
Electric control part packed in wooden case, remaining nude packed.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
The supplier will send technical persons to buyer’s site to carry out installation & testing and provide technical support. Relevant expenses shall be borne by the buyer. During testing, the buyer shall provide required plant building & equipment, testing material and manpower support.
1. PAINTING
Equipment surface shall be coated with antirust paint. Paint color can be decided by the buyer or by the supplier on his discretion.
2.FOUNDATION WORK
The supplier will provide the buyer with foundation drawing of the equipment, with construction and supervision of foundation at the buyer’s own responsibility.
The client shall prepare plant building, equipment foundation, and cooling water pool as per equipment data provided by the supplier. Necessary installation apparatus (lifting rig, tools), installation accessories (wires, conduits, water pipes), and helping labors shall be arranged by the client.
The client shall provide water supply, power supply, and air supply to machine interface.
3.WARRANTY
The warranty will cover a period of one year starting from delivery for machines under normal operation conditions (Force Majeure excluded).
