Delivery:
Shipment of goods in accordance with equipment list within four months, starting from the next day of contracting and receiving advanced payment.
Payment terms:
30% advanced payment after contracting, the remaining amount to be paid before delivery.
Packing:
Electric control part will be packed in wooden cases. The remaining part will be packed naked.
After-sales-service:
The supplier will send technicians to the plant designated by the buyer for installation and testing, as well as to provide technical supervision, while the buyer shall be responsible for their expenses. For testing, the buyer shall provide plant building and equipment capable of production, testing materials and helping labors.
Warranty:
The warranty will cover a period of one year starting from delivery for machines under normal operation conditions (Force Majeure excluded).
