Characteristics and advantages of waste tyre oil residue recycling machine
1. No special requirement for raw waste tires and plastics.
2. Operation under atmospheric pressure.
3. Intellectualized alarm once abnormal pressure.
4. Automatic decompression and deslagging.
5. Large diameter of feeding inlet from 1.2m, 1.4m to 1.6m which can be designed based on clients request. Convenient for feeding the big tires and strips of plastic materials with wires.
6. The mid small feeding inlet, cooperated with the automatic feeder, it can realize the continuous feedings of crushed waste tires and waste papermill materials. Heating, turning while feeding.

1.Waste rubber tire, waste plastic, waste rubber products, etc.
2.Industrial mixed waste plastic, allowing dozens of waste existing at the same time (such as PP, PE, PVC mix together etc).
3.Waste oil:waste diesel, lube oil, engine oil, waste oil residue, mazut, tar oil, wax oil, waste crude oil etc.

The usage of the final products
1.Fuel oil: oil from this plant can be used as industrial fuel for burning
2.Crude carbon black:crude carbon black from this plant is crude,and it can be sold to the brick factory as internal combustion or to the factory needing it as raw materials,such as tyer,shoe,cable and sealant companies.
3.Steel wire:it can be sold to the iron and steel company directly.

1.Installation and training:our company will send one technician for each set of machine for guiding our installation, testing the machine and training your workers.The installation period shall be 15days
2.Warranty:The warranty period is 2 year.The problem caused by wrong operation of workers shall not be responsible by our company.
