COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Our company is a professional manufacturer of roll profile high-frequency welded pipe equipment, four roller cold rolling mill, high-speed shear equipment, precision cold forming equipment, stainless steel welded pipe equipment and all kinds of complicated cross-section. It is one of the earliest domestic special factories that are engaged in making welded pipe equipment in China.

3. PRODUCT QUALITY AND STANDARD
After slitting, strip quality should comply with the provisions of GB/T709-2006.
After slitting, the deviation of strip width allowed -0.5 mm~+0.5mm.
Burr and convex platform≤0.1mm
Longitudinal and lateral bending 1mm/m/m
Edge cutting slope: wall thickness<10 mm, edge cutting slope<0.2mm;
10mm<wall thickness<14mm, edge cutting slope<0.3mm
Amount of interlayer wrong side≤1mm
Tower deviation≤3mm
Surface quality: No visible scratches
DELIVERY
Shipment of goods in accordance with equipment list within 4 months starting from the next day of contracting and receiving down payment.
PAYMENT TERMS
30% advance payment after signature of contract, Remain amount to be paid before delivery.
PACKING
Electric control part packed in wooden case, remaining nude packed.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
The supplier will send technical persons to buyer’s site to carry out installation & testing and provide technical support. Relevant expenses shall be borne by the buyer. During testing, the buyer shall provide required plant building & equipment, testing material and manpower support.
1. PAINTING
Equipment surface shall be coated with antirust paint. Paint color can be decided by the buyer or by the supplier on his discretion.
2.FOUNDATION WORK
The supplier will provide the buyer with foundation drawing of the equipment, with construction and supervision of foundation at the buyer’s own responsibility.
The client shall prepare plant building, equipment foundation, and cooling water pool as per equipment data provided by the supplier. Necessary installation apparatus (lifting rig, tools), installation accessories (wires, conduits, water pipes), and helping labors shall be arranged by the client.
The client shall provide water supply, power supply, and air supply to machine interface.
3.WARRANTY
The warranty will cover a period of one year starting from delivery for machines under normal operation conditions (Force Majeure excluded).
