Delivery and payment item
Within 5 months after received 30% advanced payment, before delivery should pay 90% of the contract value. The balance payment should be paid within 6 months after debugging.
Installation and commission
1 The supplier will guide the installation and carry out commissioning, and will in charge of the rolls producing and settle the questions with the client to ensure the accuracy between rolls and equipment, finally to producing the qualified profile that this scheme appointed.
2 The supplier should supply the install files within two months after the contract take into effect.
3 The factory building, equipment foundation, and cooling pool supplied by buyer , according to suppiler’s data. The installation required tool (lifting equipment, tool, ect.), the auxiliary material (wire, tubing, pipe, etc.), labor by the buyer to arrange.
4 The buyer should supply the water, electric, gas to the equipment interface.
