Product Description of Waste oil regeneration plant
♥. Waste oil regeneration plant can be applied to regenerate all kinds of waste lubricating oil(including petrol and diesel oil and any kinds recoverable waste oil).
No secondary pollution during the process, No waste gas or water released into the atmosphere,the residue created during can be used as fuel.
♥. Waste oil regeneration plant can be used in black engine oil,Crude oil and plastic oil, to get gasoline and diesel oil through distilled catalyst. Pumping into the heater with Waste oil which can be pretreated, through the coal (or fuel oil,gas) heating to working temperature,the maximum working temperature is about 410 degree and the required gasoline and diesel oil can be obtained after catalytic distillation. When the reaction of waste oil in reactor is complete, stop heating, and remove residue from the tank of bottom, then this machine can be used again.

The technological process of Waste oil regeneration plant
♥. pump crude oil into refining tank and heat with conduction oil, and the temperature will reach about 70°C-80°C after one hour.
Add acid or alkali to separate according to the acid value. After one hour's processing and 4-6hours deposit, then convey soap stock to storage tank.
♥. Pump refined oil into decoloring tank. When it is up to 90-110°C after one hour's heating, add clay into tank for 20min's processing. Then separate clay and oil with filter.
♥. Put discolored oil into deodorization tank with vacuum pump. Heat and process with steam for odor removal. After filtering, you will get final oil product.
