DBM Rotary Dryer:
Rotary dryer interval drum gypsum powder wok-machine. It is mainly made up of steel engine base, wok, lifter & stock guide device in the work, rolling ring & riding wheel, drive motor. Rotary Gypsum drum dryer is equipped on the furnace; the pan body is contacted directly with the flame for heating, then the pan body transfers the heat to the gypsum, furthermore heating and frying to the gypsum; this dryer adopts interval feeding and discharging, timely frying method. This machine is combine the technology of rotary drier and food wok machine, specialized for frying the β-semi-water model gypsum and construction gypsum.
Working principle:
Material to be dried enters the drier, and as the drier rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the inner wall of the drier. When the material gets high enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottom of the drier, passing through the hot gas stream as it falls.
Main characteristics:
1. It can use chemical gypsum (Free gypsum dehydration, phosphogypsum etc) to fry β-semi-water gypsum directly.
2. From craft process, guarantee the requests of frying temperature and time which should make precise control in roasting the gypsum.
3. The discharging of work machine is designed rationally, when operation, there is no dust pollution.
4. When interval feeding and discharging, it can be banked fire and shut down furnace. The stove fire can be put into normal production after 3 minutes by again opening furnace.
5. Matched gas stove or fluidized bed furnace is used for supplying heat, the waste heat of tail gas can be used recycling. (Boil water, heat the air).
