Drain pipe Spinning Machine
Product Description
Drainpipe spinning machine and drainpipe steel mould both are major equipment of concrete drainpipe making. This machine manufactures concrete drainpipe under the force of centrifugal.
The running wheels in the equipments are rotated in a high speed by the motor driven, which can make centrifugal force. It can form the concrete drainpipe compact.
Working Principle
1. The Japanese-style pipe centrifugal machine is a new-type pipe centrifugal machine group independently designed and manufactured according to the Japanese sample machine.
2. The drainpipe spinning machine is working together with drainpipe steel mould. Both of them are driven by motor, and the concrete slurry in the mould is rotated in high speed.
3. Under the centrifugal force, different densities substance is separated. After a period of time, the concrete drainpipe is formed after mould release.
