MSK-HPR-MR100A (upgrade from EQ-MR100A) is a CE Certified compact precision electric rolling press. It has dual rollers of 100 mm dia. x 100mm width and dual grade micrometer. It is an ideal rolling press for adjusting thickness and increasing active material density of the electrode in Li-Ion batteries research after coating and drying.

Application Notes
  • The MSK-MR-100A roller is specially designed for battery R&D in terms of its advantages as affordable, 
  • compact and precise. Please strictly follow the instructions during operation
  • Must use acetone to clean and dry rollers' surfaces after each use to avoid rusting
  • Apply antirough if machine were to be unused for a long period of time
  • Never roll materials with hardness > 50HRC
  • The minimum thickness of the rolled sheet should depend on the physical property of the materials.
