YK-S450 Horizontal Stretch Wrapper

 

The horizontal stretch wrapper is suitable for packing various elongated objects. It is widely used in the following industries, such as plastic materials, aluminum materials, wood materials, tubing, dye and textile and so on.

Its principle is packing materials through rotating arm system around uniform forward goods to do rotational motion, and through the tensile agencies regulate the tension of the packing materials at the same time, and make the objects tighten so that a spiral of packaging form on the surface of the objects.

The packing has elegant appearance and can protect the products from dust and moisture. We are now improving the packing quality of the products and increasing the market competitive power.

 

 

Power transmission roller ,pneumatic clamping device equipped.

Rotating arm is equipped with pneumatic brake device to increase the service life.

Automatically sense the operation position of the goods and the material position through four induction switch in the process.
