H beam production line is main composed of strip plate cutting machine, h beam assembling machine, h beam automatic welding machine, h beam flange straightening machine and H beam end face milling machine.
Strip plate cutting machine:
It is equipped with nine sets cutting torches or as users' different requirements. all cutting torches working as the same time, improving the working efficiency.
H beam assembling machine:
It is automatic spot welding machine for H beam. It welds the trip plate to H beam instead of manual welding.
H beam automatic welding machine:
It is often used together with SAW for h beam automatic welding after spot welding. It is often equipped with two welding torches.
H-beam flange straightening machine:
In the welding process, when the H-beam is in the process of welding and heating, the flange plate must be bent and transfigured. This macine has a large scope of application and powerful working capacity. There are hydraulic drift rollers in the front and back of the main machine.
H beam end face milling machine:
After welding, we use it process two end face of h beam.
