rice husk rotary dryer machine for charcoal briquette is to dry the wet materials with the humidity of 50% through rotation and extract from the end of the roller. It can reach drying one time.
This rotary dryer applies to material such as rice shell, saw dust, ground wood chip, tree branch and wood bits, etc .
This rotary dryer is formed by rotary body, lifting blade, driving device, supporting device and sealing ring.
2.Structure Features
*Adopt rolling drum feeding method. Drying is uniform and the motor power is small.
* Heat supply is external indirect heating method and avoid raw materials burning in high temperature.
* Equipped special parts in the tail of rotary dryer, only the material that to reach the drying standard can be drove out by blower, ensuring the drying purpose.
* The machine attached dust catcher equipment in discharge hole so as to separate material and moisture, and reduce the dust in workshop at the same time.
