1.Brief Introduction of Charcoal dust rods extruder machine :
This machine is one kind briquette machine for civil use, it can press the powder of coal, charcoal, carbon black and other materials into rods which has certain intensity, the shape of rods can be round, six prismatic, square and so on.Also the rod shape can be customized. In the process of molding, it's unnecessary to add lime or other things,which will cut down the burning cost, and also the rods have large heating value, high economic benefit, what's more, the volume of the machine is small, no need to buy other drying equipment and steam supply, these will save the investment. The machine is widely used in chemical fertilizer factory, boiler and so on.
2.Working Principles of Charcoal dust Rods Extruder Machine :
It's a device to make the charcoal powder into different shapes bar or rod shape briquettes. The working process is likethe following: the motor transfers the power to the transmission through triangle belt, then the output shaft on the transmission transfers the power to the propeller shaft, finally the propeller on the propeller shaft pushes the coal powder into the mould and out, then the ideal high pressure coal rod is generated. This process is very simple, and it's easy to operate.
3.Characteristics:
1. The lead of feeding screw is big, so the feeding speed is fast; the lead of pushing screw is small,this can save power.
2. High concentricity, resist reverse thrust and reliable working.
3. The sealing parts adopts faultage design, the dirts can leak out through the faultage.
4. Drives by V-belt, low noise, and also over load protection.
5. Simple and firm structure, easy operate and maintenance by the workers.
