Post-tensioned Single Hole Anchor for Prestressed Concrete
With Reference to advanced pre-stressing tendon anchorage system home and abroad, DALU anchorage system is optimized by computor finite element method, repeatedly tested and promoted, and certified by Ministy of China Railway, which is widely used for different projects ,such as road and railway bridge, large scale industrial factory, high rise building,Hydroelectric dam , geotechnical engineering, etc. Longheng anchorage system is not only used for bonded pre-stressing concrete structure but also for non-bonded pre-stressing concrete structure.
DALU anchorage is applicable for post - tensioned pre- stressed concrete structure and consists of ring anchor head ,working wedge, bearing plate , bursting reinforcement.
Allicable for tendon with diameter of 15.20 mm ,with standard strength of 2000Mpa or lower.With Compacted structure ,easy operation , safety and laborsaving , high anchoring efficiency and reliable anchorage.Pre-stressing tendon can be selected from 1 to 55 tendons per design requirements. The tensile force can be controlled within 0 - 11000 KN.Wedge is of two - pieces type. After stressing, it will auto - follow and auto - retract while releasing.
