Flake Ice Advantages
Directly formed at low temperatures, ice flakes are as cold as at -8 to -5 ℃.
Once formed, ice flakes are dry, clean, beautiful in shape, sanitary and convenient and not likely to lump.
Relatively big contact area and good mobility can ensure their full contact with refrigerated objects to realize good preservation effect.
Without any acute edges and corners , ice flakes cannot damage the surfaces of refrigerated objects but extremely benefit storage and delivery.
Main Features
1.Controlled using a globally microcomputer, the control system is able to automatically control the whole process of ice making, it is provided with such computer intelligent indications as lack of water, reverse rotation, high/low voltage alarm, full of ice, etc. So as to ensure that the ice machine controlled reliably, operated stably with lower problem occurrence and easily maintenance.
2.Using high-quality alloy and one-time shaping technique, the evaporator is protected from the problems including the blocked refrigerating system due to dirty caused by welding as well as the reduced heat-exchanging efficiency caused by he lowered conductivity coefficient, and so on. Thus it is high-efficiency and energy-saving and makes the operating cost reduced.
3.The design of stationary and fixed vertical evaporators is adopted, in order to avoid the problems including the leaked refrigerating system caused by the worn dynamic sealing due to rolling operation in rolling-operated horizontal evaporators, and so on, thus such an evaporator is endurable in long service life, with refrigerant is difficult to leak.
4.The blade adopts the operating model of rotary rolling and has the advantages such as low resistance, low energy consumption, no noise and no ice powder and so on, compared with the stationary blade.
