Many performance data such as capacity, coal bar density, eletricity consumption and wearable degree have reached advanced level.
Barbecue charcoal machine equipped with automatic temperature control system are designed to produce high density wood briquette stick from biomass. The process for producing charcoal briquette as follow:
1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)
2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%
3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine
4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive
5. Carbonized the briquette stick
Use and Features
This machine is the main equipment to make stick solid fuel with such wood material as sawdust, rice shell,coffee husk,peanuts shell, bagasse,etc. The raw material dried by the dryer will be formed into fuel under high pressure and at high temperature.
This machine adopts temperature adjusting indicator, it can work steadily at the fixed temperature and has the feature of rational structure, being easy to operate and maintain. The solid fuel produced by this machine has the feature of being easy to light, and having high calorific value (over 20% higher than normal wood), little pollution when burning and high density which is favorable to transportation. This machine can make full use of the remainder of farm and forest.
Working basis
Using the intrinsic attributes of the biomass material, by spiral extruding at tenperature, under high pressure, biomass material becomes plastic and makes the fine fiber combine, and then stick solid fuel is formed.
