How to use?

 

1.Shake granules to bottom of pouch.

 

2.Squeeze down from top using both hands to "pop" inner fluid bag.

 

3.Shake bag briefly to mix contents.

 

4.Wrap in soft cloth and apply.

 

5.Discard it.

 

 

CAUTION

 

1.For external use only. Adult supervision recommended.

 

2.Do not puncture. If bag breaks and fluid contacts skin, or eyes, immediately flush area with large amounts of water.

 

3.Do not swallow contents. If contents accidentally swallowed drink large amounts of water( not milk ) and contact Poison Control Centre or physician.

 

4.Cold therapy should not be used by individuals with circulatory problems, unless under the direct supervision of a physician.
