SR- 300D Biometrics Fingerprint Reader
is a portable fingerprint reader device 3- in- 1. The device integrates a semiconductor fingerprint reader, contact IC card reader and contactless IC card reader.

The hardware interface applies either RS232 interface or USB interface;

The product integrates the semiconductor fingerprint module, contact IC card reader and contactless IC card reader;

The device can be integrated easily with fingerprint module, plus contact IC card reader or contactless IC card reader. The drive can be adapt itself and used as plug-in machine;
- Easy to maintenanc
It is possible to be maintained remotely with few instructions.
1. Fingerprint module description
»Functional description
1) The fingerprint module obtains the certification from China Financial Certification Authority and the Ministry of public security;
2) The sensor of fingerprint module is made from capacitor fingerprint reader. It has the functionality to identify living finger;
3) The main parts of fingerprint module follow the industrial standard;
4) The fingerprint module has the function of fingerprint image acquisition, image processing, feature extraction, feature storage and fingerprint matching;
5) The fingerprint module works very stable and consistence with different devices;
6) The fingerprint module deals good with dry finger, we finger, broken finger or dirty finger. The fingerprint matches smoothly in each case;
7) The fingerprint module SDK can be based on Unix, Linux or Windows platforms;
8) The demo software SDK has the details with detailed notes and supplementary explanation.

2. The descriptions of contactless IC card reading and writing module
1) Fit the standard of Chinese financial industrial.
2) Fit the standard of PBOC2.0 from Bank of China.
3) The communication distance of contactless IC card: 0 to 10cm.
4) Read and write time <=0.1s.
5) Fit the standard of contactless IC card ISO14443 standard and PBOC2.O from Bank of China.
6) Working temperature: -10 degree to 50 degree
3. The description of contact IC card reading and writing module
1) Integrate two types of contact IC card: IC card and SAM card;
2) Interface: support serial interface and USB interface;
3) Accord with ISO7816 standard;
4) Accord with EMV standard and PBOC2.0 from Bank of China;
5) IC card base: 2 of press down type card bases. Easy to use;
6) Lifetime of IC card base: >=200k times plug in and out.
