Headend IPTV TS play&record card is asi card & play card meet with MPEG-II/DVB standard, to provide a complete API interface functions and it is ideal hardware development platform for digital TV equipment. Play card is mainly used to send transporting stream date stored in computer hardware in specific code rate, and it can be used as digital TV stream generator.
