OSB

OSB, full name is Oriented Strand Board, is an engineered wood particle board formed by layering strands (flakes) of wooden spec individual strips of around 2.5 x 15 cm (1” x 6”), lying unevenly across each other.

OSB Advantages:

1) Tight construction and high strength 2) Minimum twisting, delamination or warping 3) No rotten or decay, strong against corrosion and fire 4) Water proof, consistent when exposed in the natural or wet environment 5) Low formaldehyde emission 6) Good nailing strength, easy to be sawn, nailed, drilled, grooved, planed, filed or Polished 7) Good heat and sound resistant, easy to be coated

OSB production line:

Our OSB production line is the biggest production line in Asia, which can produce as least 1000CBM per day, the production line comes from Germany Dieffenbacher and America Hems company, full line is automatic, the products can be used for both construction and furniture, and Formaldehyde is free.

OSB Production process:

Logs → Debarking → Flaking → Drying → Screening → Gluing → Forming → Pressing → Cutting → Packing → Loading → Shipping
