OSB
OSB, full name is Oriented Strand Board, is an engineered wood particle board formed by layering strands (flakes) of wooden specific orientations. In appearance, it may have a rough and variegated surface with the individual strips of around 2.5 x 15 cm (1” x 6”), lying unevenly across each other.

OSB production line:
Our OSB production line is the biggest production line in Asia, which can produce as least 1000CBM per day, the production line comes from Germany Dieffenbacher and America Hems company, full line is automatic, the products can be used for both construction and furniture, and Formaldehyde is free.
OSB Production process:
Logs → Debarking → Flaking → Drying → Screening → Gluing → Forming → Pressing → Cutting → Packing → Loading → Shipping
