PHJ series metering injection proportion mixing device is the product of our company newest
development,which is designed by digital control the mixing ratio of fire fighting foam proportioning
device, on the basis of USA NFPA11-2005 "Low, middle, high expansion foam system standard", UL162-1997 "foam equipment and foam fire extinguishing agent", GB20031-2005 "foam fire extinguishing systems and components - General technical conditions", GB505151-2011 "code for design of foam extinguishing systems" and other standards.
The device is advanced proportion mixing device of current domestic fire-fighting foam fire extinguishing system, which can realize the digital control foam fire extinguishing system, controlling the foam liquid pump to the system according to the set ratio of injected foam liquid flow, by a flow meter, control unit and other linkage control. It has overcome the shortcoming of the PHYM pressure foam proportioning equipment, such as: small flow range, capsule easy to damage, small volume of foam liquid tank, high cost of pressure vessel manufacturingand the inaccurate measurement.The device has been identified by the national fire equipment quality supervision and inspection center, and obtained national patent.
Principle
PHJ series metering injection proportion mixing device, using numerical water flow meter for real-time monitoring value of fire main line, accurately provide mixed foam liquid mixture ratio in accordance with the design requirements. After the electronic control device collect flow value of numerical charge line flow meter, the electronic control unit converts demanding foam, and instruct foam fluid supply system supply the proportion of the amount of foam, according to the requirements, by PLC and frequencyconverter, in order to achieve the purpose of maintaining constant mixing ratio.
Foam liquid pipeline is equipped with a flow meter, its value will also be timely delivered to the electronic control device, which detect and correct the foam liquid supply, in order to get more accurate ratio, while the foam liquid mixing ratio for digital processing.
When there is a alarm in the system, according to the data of fire water flow meter on the main firepipeline, the control cabinet automatically control the foam liquid pump inject foam according to the set ratio, and the foam liquid flow conveying accurate rate is more than 97%. Therefore, the device can supply the most accurate ratio foam to foam generation device in the process of operation,not only the bubbles made by foam generating device reach the best state, but also save the foamliquid, and achieve the best effective operations. This device can also be manually.
