PSG30 type foam fire hydrant box is a new type and high effciency low expansion foam fixed fire extinguishing device, it is composed of box, negative pressure type proportional mixer, foam spray gun, foam liquid tank, hose reel, fire hydrant and so on. Foam fire hydrant box is used to extinguish organic solid class, liquid class, solubilized solid class fire and especially has special function of extinguishing wood, cotton and oil class fire.

  Working principle:

 When pressure water goes through proportional mixer, it can automatic mix with foam in proportion, then foam can be produced and sprayed by spray gun for extinguishing fire.

Maintenance:

 1.After using foam fire hydrant box, close ball valves of water inlet end and proportional mixer, open drain valve to get rid of water and liquid remained in pipe, then roll the hose, and put it back, close drain valve.

 2.Filling of fire extinguishing agent: after using the equipment, users must purchase the same type foam liquid to replenish and fill.

 3.Equipment should be kept in a cool and well-ventilated place.

 4.Equipment has not been used for a long time, the worker should recheck once a year whether foam liquid is metamorphic, if it is metamorphic, the worker should replace the foam liquid in time.

 5.Regularly check pipelines and valves, replace the crazing flexible pipe (hose) and sealing component in time.

 6.After using the equipment, clean and air fire fighting hose, then twine it around the device reel.

 7.The worker should open and clean the equipment every 3 years.
