Foam gun used to gas station fire fighting equipment

  Foam gun is a kind of lightweight portable foam generating and spraying equipment, it is mainly composed of barrel, hand wheel, gun, ball valve, pipette and KY65 tube tooth interface for fighting A, B, C liquid fires or general solid fires.

  Working principle: 

 use vacuum pressure difference which orifice plate makes the warer velocity produce to inhale foam liquid, and make it mix with air for spraying.

 Usage

 (1) Foam gun can be used in the case of 3% or 6% all kinds of foam liquid supplied by fire fighting system.

 (2) Foam gun also can inhale foam liquid by itself for using in the case of pressure water supplied by fire fighting system.

 (3) Foam gun is equipped with circular handle wheel which is convenient for operating and has the function of protecting gun, the user should grasp the hand wheel of gun while using, at the same time notice that water supplied to gun or pressure of mixture should be gradually increased, but the pressure can not exceed the using pressure range, in order to avoid impacting suddenly or the higher pressure hurting operator.

 (4) Try to follow the wind direction while spraying.

  Manitenance

 1. There should be no sundries in foam water supply or mixture, in order to avoid block foam gun.

 2. Often keep being intact and clean; rinsing cleanly after each use; at the same time check that whether each connecting component is tighten and defective.
