1.When can I get the price?
Within 24 hours after getting your inquiry. If you are in urgent, please send email to us or leave messsage on trademanger .so that we can reply you in time.
2.How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you need samples with your ,logo ,design , etc .,we may need your sample charge, when confirm order, we will return the sample fee.
3. Can you do the design for us?
Yes,of course. We have a professional team with rich experiences in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and then we will put your idea into practice.
4. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 30 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
5.What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on what product it is.If product is what we have already and small size and easy to produce,then the delivery time is around 5 days for quantity within 50000pcs.If it is your own design,then it takes around 25 days for mold production and 5 days for product production,delivery time within 5 days for 10000pcs.All needs to be confirmed per products.
