General description

Ultra High Temperature Sterilizer (UHT) , Pasteurizer

Heat source of the system using the 0.6MPa once saturation steam.

Heating medium of Sterilized material is hot water.

Exiting cooling medium is chilling water.

Chilling medium of recycling product is chilling water.

Equipment description

The tubular sterilizer is the auxiliary equipment for hot filling line. It can be widely applied, especially in high density, acidity and corrosion fibre product. It equipped with CIP and SIP system to meet sterile condition. 

Main composition

l  This equipment is composed of tubular heat exchanger, product balance system, steam system, cooling system, electrical cabinet.

l  Tubular heat exchanger is the core equipment and used to do high temperature sterilization, heat recycle and cooling. You can adjust the heat preservation time according to different treated liquid.  

l  Product balance system provides constant treated liquid flow and pressure for heat exchanger. It can make sure the sterilizing temperature, time, outlet temperature and flow.  Steam system can provide thermal energy for treated liquid. It can control sterilization temperature via temperature sensor and keep constant sterilization temperature. 

l  Cooling system will cool treated liquid into certain production temperature and backflow temperature.

l  Electric cabinet and frame equipped with PLC, electric switch and pneumatic device including all the compressed air valves, switch, air pipes, eclectic relay, flow meter controlling device and control button. Most modules are equipped on the frame, which has adjustable stainless steel legs and pads.

Installation and commissioning

After the equipments arrived buyer's workshop, the buyer should take it's place for each equipment according to the supplied layout; the seller will send the experienced technician to guide the installation and debugging and trail production, and fulfil the designed capability within the designed time. The installation, debugging and training is about 30-35 days.

Training

The seller will supply technical training to the buyer. The training is includes: equipment structure and maintenance, control and operation. After training, the technicians of the buyer will grasp relevant operation and maintenance skills, and could adjust the technologies more skilled, and can deal with all kinds of malfunction in time.

After-sales service

1) After qualified of the equipment, the seller will supply one year guarantee, control system one year guarantee, free charge for wearing parts, and other spare parts with cost price. Within guarantee period, the technicians who accepted training should strictly obey the requirements asked by the seller to operate the equipments and maintenance, to find the common malfunctions and fault clearing in time; if the technicians of the buyer couldn't solve the problems themselves, the after-sales department will supply long range guide service by phone; if relevant measurements couldn't solve the problems, the seller will send the technicians to the buyer factory, clear the fault or relevant technical problems on site, the charges will reference to the installation and debugging charges.
