Feature:
PET strap is recognized a new environment protective strapping material to substitute for Steel Strap &PP Strap in the ruling
international market. They are not only the aggregation of the intensity and the tenacity of steel strap, but also overcome the
disadvantage of the tradition packing material such as insufficient intensity, brittle and so on. At present, they have been
applied in wood, steel,and so on.
1.PET has characteristic of good rigidity,high temperature resistance and rust resistance.
2.The PET trap has the characteristic of high stretch-resistance,small extending rate,impact
resistance,good flexible,easy for operation,cheap and safe,it is substitute of steel belt,used in packing paper,woodwork,textile,
cotton,fiber and pallet.
3.the product is easy for usage and connected by normal steel button,it is also suitable for manual and automatic packing
machine
4.Mould’s design according user’s requirements, same mould can produce different size products; improved screen change
unit with no material-leakage.
Pet straps production line working procedure
Material pre-treatment (drying system)----parallel twin screw(or single screw) extruding system----mould-----stable temperature water cooling system---7 roller pre-heating system----5 rollers first stretching system---constant hot air stretching tank---5 rollers second stretching system----embossing system---hot air forming system ---3 rollers haul off---water cooling tank ---3 rollers haul off---winding.
