l SJSZ Series Conical Twin Screw Extruder, Specially designed for the PVC powder
l Downstream equipment, it is suitable for the pelletizing of PVC,PE raw materials with wood powder or other additives.
l The pellets produced by this plastic extrusion machine is evenly, solid, elegance.
l The pelletizing downstream equipment of plastic extrusion machine is the die face cutter, air transferring unit,
l vibration separating and cooling unit. This pelletizing downstream equipment has the features of high automation
l and high production efficiency.
l The screw and barrel of plastic extrusion machine , made of 38CrMoAlA , are made through smithing,
l Emperizing, double aging, nitriding treatment. Differences from others: screw edge is tempered after rough finish with
l good harden ability, and double aging reduce efficiently stress. Meanwhile, through accurate processing, phases of
l the screw edges have small error. The barrel and screw of plastic extrusion machine have high universal
l property. The structure of plastic extrusion machine is different to different materials.
