Gas atomization equipment’s applications and theory:
It’s a device which satisfies the formation of spherical metal powder in certain circumstance.
Working principles:metal melting and alloy under the protection of the gas, meltal liquid flows out through the insulation crucible and diversion mouth by high pressure airflow, when it flows through the nozzle,metal liquid atomized into large quantity of small drops, then it solidifies into spherical and semi-spherical particals, through screening and separation,it can be made into metal powder.

3. For the solidification conques the segregation, some special alloy powder can be produced.

2. How to install your machine?
We have paper installation instructions and videos, we will teach till you learn it.
3. How about the payment terms and delivery time?
Payment terms for small machines: 100% T/T in advance.
The big machines and big amount: 50% deposit 50% before shipment (we will shoot total delivering process for customer's confirmation) and the related papers. You can pay by T/T or other ways.
The small machine delivery time is within 10 days, the bigger one takes about 15-20days, and we will delivery goods on time.
