Description of pet bottle pelletizing machine :
This pet bottle pelletizing machine uses SHJ series parallel twin screw extruder, is suitable for producing PET granules from clean PET flakes.This machine is composed by SHJ parallel twin screw extruder, die, hydraulic screen exchanger, cooling flume, air dryer, cutter, silo, and could also be applied to other material like PET PP PE PA ABS etc.The SHJ series extruders are specially designed for PET bottles, flakes, PVC, Plastic sheets and other crushed materials, with good performance, high output, less power consumption cost per kilogram, and easy operation.
Stuctrure of pet bottle pelletizing machine :
Stage 1 is single screw extruder
Stage 2 is SJ low speed single screw extruder. Two machines are placed vertically
