How to operate incubator

1.The micro-computer controller has been made adjustment for temperature,humidity,egg-turning,exhaust,etc.Before leaving factory ,which meets settings required by incubation.Under normal circumstances ,you do not need to set up and may use it by connecting the power supply.Factory settings:temperature 38C,humidity 60%RH,cycle of egg-turning:90-minute,time of egg-turning:180 seconds,ventilation time:30 seconds,egg-turning state:automatic egg-turning.

2.Temperature and humidity sensors are made of high precise and micro-molecular materials,please do not make the sensor come into contact with the water directly.The dust must be regularly cleared on the surface of the sensor ,or it will affect the measurement accuracy.

Open the door of the incubator,you will find --- Limit switch,Hatching box and Egg tray,Fan and Heating tube,Water box and Humidity tube.

Controller 

1.It will more stable and safe when the machine is working.

2.It will rapidly improve the temperature and humidity of the machine when they are all working.

Edges

the edges of incubator were covered by aluminum alloy,to avoid scratch.

Types of incubation

Our incubators suit for kinds of eggs,such as chicken eggs,quail eggs,duck eggs,goose eggs,ostrich eggs,and kinds of tortoise or snake eggs,ect.

Egg tray

There is 6 egg tray and 3168 egg fits of AI-3168 egg incubator,you can put into 3168 chicken eggs in total. According to different eggs,you can also choose different egg tray,such as quail eggs tray.

Friendly tips:

<<<    Chicken egg tray, bird egg tray, duck egg tray, goose egg tray, pigeon egg tray are all made of plastics, they are replaceable.

So, if you want to hatch different eggs, you just need to change the egg trays for theincubator.

<<<    After 18 days incubating, the eggs may break, chicks will get out of its eggshell, 

you need stop egg turning, stop keeping the eggs in the egg trays, and you should putthe eggs in the hatcher basket at that time.
