Function and Characteristics:
Paper-feeding: The chain pushes the paper to feed in.
Open and close of the unit adopts electrical walking and pneumatic locking, with overload protection function.
Paper-feeding roller: The upper axle adopts ginning paper-feeding roller while the lower axle adopts steel ginning roller. The surface has hard chromium plating, which can guarantee the paperboard will be sent smoothly and the surface of the corrugated paper will not be damaged.
Printing roller: You can adopt advanced, convenient, practical hanging plate with hooked slots (optional). When loading and unloading the plate, the pedal switch can control it independently. The phase adjustment adopts non-stop-working, 360 degree electrical,and numerical adjustment, which can put into data according to the error and modulate automatically.
Ink circulating system:
The anilox roller adopts the steel material 220 wires or 200 wires combined anilox roller.
The rubber roller is made of natural oil proof, acid and alkali rubber proof.
When the pneumatic diaphragm pump inking, it can make a automatic cycle. After the water is added, it cleans automatically.
When it stops walking, it can distribute ink. Stop working and the work of the ink circulating for a short time. Cleaning-free to guarantee the quality of the printed things and make the ink color showing no difference.
The anilox roller and the rubber roller of the ink circulating system are controlled by the pneumatic.
Slotting
The slotting part can electrically adjust the phase in 360 degree.
The height of the box can be adjusted by hand. Four knives are synchronous.
The length and width can be adjusted. It also has up and down knife plates, paper-ticking knife, creasing shaft. The pointer of the scale can make
a automatic, combined move, which can save time. SYK4260 and SYK4860 have this function.
The whole machine equipped with pneumatic and combined control, which has the function of counting, alarming and operating at the back of the machine.
