Description:This series of products applies to thread-cutting and suction for overlock sewing machine in Garment manufacturing company. The device should be used with a central gas distribution (or mini air compressor). It can be custom made into three model. 1 way (front waste or chain vacuum removal, you can choose one of them), 2 ways (front waste plus chain vacuum removal) , 3 ways (front waste plus chain vacuum removal plus foot lifter). This device is primarily driven by pneumatic components. Air source comes through the valve,then pushes air component working well. Thread and scraps of cloth are sucked by this device. When you press the foot lifter, valve automatically reset, device will be power off due to short of air source. This small size device has effective thread-cutting and suction function, which is easy to operate and can keep workshop clean.
Feature:1.Venturi operates when treadle pressed;
2. PL controller operates when treadle heeled;
3. Can be used with any kind of over-lock or inter-lock machine;
4.Air regulator assembly is optional;
5.Self-cleaning is optional(upper looper dust removal)
