Description of pulse bag dust collector:
Dust Collector is a kind of highly efficient collector which is designed on the base of overseas advanced technology. It combines advantage of locellus blowback dust collector and jetting pulse cleaning dust collector, avoids less strength of locellus blowback and simultaneous re-absorbing of jetting pulse cleaning dust and filter. It adopts highly efficient off-line method, so it can clean dust with larger capacity, higher efficiency, lower system resistance, longer life of filter-bag, etc.
Features:
1.Clean dust with offline pulse and effectiveness is up to 99.9%.The dust has no secodary absorption.It is specially used for handling high concentrated gas.
2.Use reverse blowing in high temperature to prevent condensation effectively.
3.Use new materials for cleaning dust and the machine is with reliable tracking system of gas temperature.I t can adapt to various conditions.
4.Automatic control by computer,the machine is easy to be operated with good reliability.
5.The dust collector is with air box,which avoids partial damage and inconvenient installation.
