Introduction for lime kiln
The kiln body is quasi-rectangular, from top to bottom are the storage zone, preheating zone, calcining zone, homogeneous calcining zone and cooling zone.
The lime kiln mainly consisits of kiln body, loading device, unloading device, electronic appliance, dust collection ans so on. Different lime kilns have different structures. Their process flow are almost same. But the equipment value has bid distinction, of course the reasults are different.

The kiln has large operation elasticity, adjust range of 60-100%, and can realize stable production.

5. Energy-saving production
Low heat consumption and reasonable heat energy utilization. The secondary high temperature air directly participates in combustion after preheating the cold lime, thus to make full use of heat value. Energy consumption is up to 130 kg standard coal / tons of lime.
6. Simple operation
Shaft kiln uses slight negative pressure operation (kiln roof) to make uniform air distribution, which is advantageous to lime calcination.
