(4) Bearings of corrugated roller and tension roller are treated by high temperature grease.

(5) Corrugated roller adopts high quality material and chromplated by special conduction.

(6) Corrugated roller, pressure roller and gluing roller are adjusted by pneumatic.

(7) Gluing pump is recycling which is safe and reliable.

(8) The above and the below corrugating roller are made of 52CrMo high quality alloy steel which are treated by heat treatment. The surface is grinded and hardness is HRC58'-60'.

(9) Processing is displayed with figure (PLC automatic mixing system can be available).

(10) Cardboard transmitting adopts vacuum suction and is equipped with airflow regulating device which makes the flute stable in the condition of running.

(11) Gluing part can be running independently or non-independently while stopped.
