Flaxseed oil, also known as linseed oil, is a clear to yellowish oil obtained from the seeds of the flax plant (Linum usitatissimum, Linaceae). The oil is obtained by cold pressing, which is extracted by using pressure and not heat, thereby creating a flaxseed oil in its purist form. Flaxseed oil from XinQiDian is organic oil, which is free of artificial additives, residuals of solvents or synthetic contaminants.

Efficacy and Nutritional components

Organic flaxseed oil contains both omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which are needed for health and skin benefits. it contains the main biological activity ingredient fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) , which the body converts into eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
