Face length: 2100-8000mm

Material: alloy cast iron HT200-300

Surface is covered with rubber, the thickness of rubber is 20-25mm, rubber is from Voith or StoweWoodward

Shaft head: 40CrMo, Bulkhead: HT250

Roller inside and outside surface will be processed.

We will do dynamic balance to improve the stability of  the roller.

After shaft head installed, we will do dynamic balance again. The dynamic balance will be G1.6

 we can supply kinds of rollers, such as press rolls, copper/chome plated roll, spreader roll, spool roll, steel roll -water quenches the roll,  blind drilled press roll, coating roll,  PU rubber roll, granite stone roll and so on.
