Stainless steel roll for kraft board/ high speed paper machine
1.wear resistant and anti-oil
2.resistant to high temperature (<=100°c)
3.do dynamic balance
Dia: 460-1800mm
Face length: 2100-8000mm
Material: alloy cast iron HT200-300
Surface is covered with rubber, the thickness of rubber is 20-25mm, rubber is from Voith or StoweWoodward
Shaft head: 45# round steel, Bulkhead: HT250
Roller inside and outside surface will be processed.
We will do dynamic balance to improve the stability of the roller.
After shaft head installed, we will do dynamic balance again. The dynamic balance will be G1.6
