Surface is covered with rubber, the thickness of rubber is 20-25mm, rubber is from Voith or StoweWoodward

Shaft head: 45# round steel, Bulkhead: HT250

Roller inside and outside surface will be processed.

We will do dynamic balance to improve the stability of  the roller.

After shaft head installed, we will do dynamic balance again. The dynamic balance will be G1.6

The wrinkles pressing roller's rill keeps open all the time. The groove keeps clean. Hardness changes slightly in testing. Adaptable to any chemical product fo known paper machines.
